Self-regulatory organization Non-commercial Partnership "Expert organizations of Electric power"

In accordance with Legislation of the Russian Federation, organizations with building and project licenses, as well as a license to perform engineering surveys are legally allowed to operate until the January 1, 2010.

Since January 1, 2010 legal bodies and individual entrepreneurs whose main activity is to design objects, may operate only as a member of self-organization and having a certificate of admission to certain types of work.

Self-regulatory organization Non-commercial Partnership "Expert organizations of Electric power" (registration number in the state register of self-regulating organizations: СРО-П-080-14122009) based on membership of bodies - legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in the preparation of project documentation.

Non-commercial Partnership "Expert organizations of Electric power" issue certificates for admission to  14 types of activities of works that have an impact on the security of capital construction in accordance with the list approved by order of the Ministry for Regional Development, number 274 of 9 December 2008.

Entry into self-regulatory organization Non-commercial Partnership "Expert organizations of Electric power" (registration number: СРО-П-080-14122009) conventions:

+ entry fee  -  25 000  rubbles

+ monthly payment   - 8 000   rubbles 

+ contribution to the Compensation Fund   - 150 000 rubbles 

+ For membership in the SRO NP "Expert organizations of Electric power" organization or individual entrepreneur must sign a contract of insurance of civil liability

Document required for membership in SRO NP " Expert organizations of Electric power ":

+ copy of a document confirming that the payment to the State registry entries on the state registration of an individual entrepreneur or legal entity (BIN);

+ copy of a certificate of registration with the tax authority (ITN);

+ copies of constituent documents (for legal bodies), a copy of identity documents (for an individual entrepreneur);

+ copies of documents confirming the powers of head of the legal person;

+ copy of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE);

+ duly certified by a Russian translation of documents on state registration of legal persons in accordance with the laws of the State (for foreign legal persons);

+ copies of documents confirming the conformity of an individual entrepreneur or legal person, the requirements for a certificate of admission;

+ copy of the previously issued license to design the application list of works;

+ copy of the certificate of admission issued by the self-regulating organization uniting individuals engaged in construction, which is a member of the individual entrepreneur or legal person (in case of receipt of such certificate)
